Spotlight: Dealing with stress (for English-speaking students)

Stress is something we are all familiar with. In fact, it is part of a healthy life, activates our body and makes us more receptive and efficient. However, if it becomes a constant state, it affects our quality of life and ability to enjoy it. Learn how stress arises in our online course. Raise your awareness of personal stressors and inner drives and develop strategies for coping with stress.
Content:
- Theoretical input: short-term and long-term effect of stress on the human body
- short-term and long-term methods of coping with stress
- Detect and resolve personal stress intensifying thought patterns
- Final guided meditation/relaxation exercise
