Attention!
The legal advice service is taking a summer break. The last consultation day in Rostock and Wismar is July 25.
The next consultations will then take place again in Rostock on September 5 and in Wismar on September 26!
The free legal advice for students focuses on legal questions or difficulties in connection with the study situation and/or private life, such as
- Contracts (rent, purchase, insurance, employment)
- social laws
- family law
- labor law
- Administrative law (except BAföG)
- Aliens law
- Procedural knowledge
Advisors: Lawyers from independent law firms.

If you are unable to take advantage of the advisory service, find a lawyer of your choice and settle the costs incurred either through them or directly with the competent local court by applying for advisory cost assistance.

Please also check to what extent legal representation via legal expenses insurance is possible (in the case of straightforward maintenance obligations, this is usually also possible via the parents).
