Vegetarian and vegan dishes

Every day you will find vegetarian and vegan dishes and side dishes in our dining halls. With our vegetarian and vegan offerings, we support the trend toward a meat-free diet and do something for the climate at the same time.

According to various studies, a vegetarian or vegan diet significantly reduces the personal carbon footprint. By way of comparison, the production of one kilogram of beef generates around 13 kilograms of CO2, while the production of one kilogram of vegetables generates an average of just 0.15 kilograms of CO2. Every year on November 1, we participate in World Vegan Day and demonstrate in our dining halls how diverse a plant-based diet can be.
