You would like to extend your rental contract?

Please note the following:

• An extension of a rental contract is always requested via the online application.
• The application must be submitted at least THREE months before the expiry of the previous rental contract.
• We decide on each application in accordance with our policy on the awarding of contracts. An application for extend can also be rejected.
• If the room has already been offered or even rented to someone else because the request for extension was received too late, the room must be vacated at the end of the previous contract in accordance with our conditions for moving out.
