Vermin or bedbugs...what is to do?

Vermin

Should you find yourself in a situation where you have bedbugs or any other kind of vermin in your room or apartment, there are two things we want you to do:

• Let us know as soon as possible. Do not be inactive. The initial treatment is free of charge
  
• Call the caretaker of your house or send an email to wohnen@stw-rw.de.

Do not try to get rid of the problem yourself. We will make sure that professional exterminators deal with it. We will give you hints how to get it right the case of any Vermins. (Also fruit-flys)

Important: If you do not inform us immediately, and the the vermins spreads, we can decide that you have to bear the cost.
