A good location for all students- specially for students of science or engineering - in the middle of the campus "Südstadt" and nearby mensa and library. Here you can rent about 250 rooms in 2, 3 or 4 bedroom-flats. All flats are furnitured and created with shared kitchen and bathroom except some single-apartments. Bicicle cellar and wash-station are located in the basement, also the community-room for cozy get-together or a round of table tennis.
