Under the motto “Making studying a success”, we offer places in our new hall of residence directly in the KTV. Not far from the Ulmencampus, in the immediate vicinity of the new Ulme canteen, there are 70 places in the hall of residence. All places are furnished, partly barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible. The four floors of the hall of residence are connected by elevator. The building has a fitness room and a separate communal kitchen for larger cooking events. In addition, like our other halls of residence, the bicycle hall of residence has a laundry facility in the building where washing machines and dryers can be used with cashless payment. The rooms themselves are allergy-friendly and equipped with a closet, table, chair, shelves and bed with mattress (100 x 200 cm). Data network access is offered via LAN and W-Lan. The construction of this residence hall was made possible with funding from the State Development Institute (LFI). When renting within 20 years of completion from July 1, 2022, the rent payable (including utilities) is therefore limited by the housing allowance pursuant to Section 13 (2) of the Federal Training Assistance Act (BAföG).
